NOVELTY - The method involves locating inner and outer shells of a power device by using graphene material implanted nano-carbon sphere structures. The inner and outer shells and a radiator are located on a substrate of one of the graphene material implanted nano-carbon sphere structures. A graphene and nano carbon ball composite structure is located between the radiator and the power device. Thermal resistance between the inner and outer shells and the radiator are reduced. USE - Method for radiating heat of a power device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables improving environment heat resistance effect, controlling junction temperature, reducing high temperature damage risk and ensuring operation stability and reliability in an effective manner.
