NOVELTY - The system has a system body provided with a broadband terahertz beam transmitter, a terahertz beam detector, a germanium prism and a single-layer graphene doped device. The single-layer graphene doped device is linked with a gas sample. The gas sample is provided with doped graphene, which is detected by a germanium prism. The germanium prism is connected with the broadband terahertz beam transmitter. The single-layer graphene doped device is provided with Gold electrodes. Silicon dioxide layer and Silicon layer recess etching process is performed. USE - Graphene doping based THz-SPR gas sensor system. ADVANTAGE - The system is simple in structure, and has high operational flexibility, and utilizes doped graphene material to replace metal material in efficient manner and realizes attenuated total reflection by broad band terahertz technology to replace angle modulation technology and increases measuring and sensing range. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a Graphene doping based THz-SPR gas sensor system testing method.
