NOVELTY - A non-curing waterproof sealing rubber strip comprises first rubber strip (102) composed of arranging first main arm (202) and first auxiliary arms arranged at intervals and second rubber strip (103) composed of alternately arranged second main (302) arm and second auxiliary arm, both extending from front ends to rear ends, where front ends are connected to main arms. The first and second rubber strips are arranged in opposite direction. The first and second auxiliary arms are arranged in separated manner. The first main arm deviates from first load surface of second main arm. The second main arm has second load surface facing away from first main arm. The first and second load surfaces are provided with non-curing waterproof material (201). The non-curing waterproof material comprises 40-60 pts. wt. modified asphalt, 8-15 pts. wt. crystal whisker, 2-6 pts. wt. graphene, 11-15 pts. wt. softener, 11-15 pts. wt. inorganic powder, 0.5-1 pt. wt. elastomer and 2-3 pts. wt. bonding agent. USE - Non-curing waterproof sealing rubber strip used for prefabricated buildings and connectors. ADVANTAGE - The rubber strip provides stable connection of components, maintains waterproof effect and is easy to remove when needed. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A non-curing waterproof sealing rubber strip comprises first rubber strip (102) composed of first main arm (202) and first auxiliary arms arrange at intervals extending from first rear end and first front end, where first end is connected to first main arm, and second rubber strip (103) composed of alternately arranged second main arm (302) and second auxiliary arm extending from second front end to second rear end, where second front end is connected to second main arm. The first rubber strip and second rubber strip are arranged in opposite direction. The first auxiliary arm and second auxiliary arm are arranged in mutual separated manner in inserting layer. The first main arm deviates from first load surface of second main arm. The second main arm has second load surface facing away from first main arm. The first and second load surfaces are provided with non-curing waterproof material. The non-curing waterproof material comprises 40-60 pts. wt. modified asphalt, 8-15 pts. wt. crystal whisker, 2-6 pts. wt. graphene, 11-15 pts. wt. softening agent, 11-15 pts. wt. inorganic powder, 0.5-1 pt. wt. elastomer and 2-3 pts. wt. bonding agent. The non-curing waterproof material (201) is prepared by mixing softening agent and modified asphalt, heating and stirring to 80-100 degrees C at 600-800 revolutions/minute for 30-40 minutes, adding elastomer, swelling, softening, naturally cooling to room temperature to obtain softened asphalt; mixing whisker, graphite and inorganic powder to obtain powder material and adhesive; heating softened asphalt at 60-80 degrees C for 0.5-1 hours, adding powder material, mixing and stirring vigorously, heating up to 160-170 degrees C and grinding for 1-2 hours using colloid mill. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for connector comprising first member, second member and non-curing waterproof sealing rubber strip arranged between first member and second member, where first element and second element are bonded with non-curing waterproof material.
