NOVELTY - Preparing graphene quantum dots doped with titanium dioxide catalyst involves putting a mixture of 5 g titanium dioxide powder and 50 mL sodium hydroxide (NaOH) solution with a concentration of 9-11 mol/L into the autoclave. The autoclave is put into the oven for constant temperature reaction, then taken out the above mixture from the autoclave, added 8-15 mL deionized water and stirred. The mixture is centrifuged, dissolved with 50 mL of hydrochloric acid solution with a concentration of 0.05-0.15 mol/L to obtain a mixed solution, then sonicated, kept overnight, and filtered with suction until the pH of the filtrate is 7. USE - Method for preparing graphene quantum dots doped with titanium dioxide catalyst for degradation of organic pollutants (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method can use visible light or sunlight to degrade organic pollutants, and obtain a better degradation effect, and can use inexhaustible sunlight to degrade organic pollutants, and has broad application prospects.
