▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Producing composite cotton-imitated effect filament polyester comprises 100-150 pts. wt. graphene gas gel and 160-200 pts. wt. polyethylene terephthalate slices, adding PET slices to the inside of the graphene gel for freezing and drying to obtain a composite graphene polyester gel, pre-crystallizing, placing the dried and crystallized high-shrinkable PET slices into a screw extruder, filtering the raw material extruded by the extruder, spinning the obtained raw material, adding the raw materials to a spinning box body, spraying from the mixed spinneret plate hole through the spinning box, drafting, shaping, winding and forming to obtain the polyester, using the method of reducing stretching deformation temperature, drafting ratio and production speed, stretching and texturing polyester filament, collecting and storing and packaging the obtained composite polyester filaments, and finishing the production process of the whole composite linen imitation effect polyester. USE - The method is useful for producing composite cotton-imitated effect filament polyester, which is useful in flame-retardant protective clothing, metallurgy, forestry, chemical industry, petroleum, and flame protection departments. ADVANTAGE - The fabric prepared by using graphene multi-composite polyester filament has good antibacterial properties to Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Candida albicans, has thermal preservation rate of 96.3%, greatly improved compared with the traditional cotton wool fabric (thermal preservation rate of 14-22%), has good thermal performance, and has strong anti-mite effect. The graphene filament has good far-infrared heating effect, is suitable for keeping warm, improves comfort and convenience of wearing, improves mechanical strength of the fabric in the production process, reduces occurrence of cracks, improves durability of the produced fabric, and reduces cost of production and use.
