NOVELTY - A flexible-transparent-electroconductive graphene film comprises glass substrate, and graphene layers and metal layers laminated alternately in order on glass substrate. The metal layer is provided between 2 adjacent graphene layers. The number of layers of metal layer is 1-4. The thickness of glass substrate is 0.1-2 mm. The metal layer comprises silver, aluminum, nickel, molybdenum or gold. The thickness of metal layer is 5-15 nm. The thickness of graphene layer is 20-200 nm. USE - Flexible-transparent-electroconductive graphene film is used for solar cell and organic light-emitting diode (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The flexible-transparent-electroconductive graphene film has high light transmittance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of flexible-transparent-electroconductive graphene film.
