NOVELTY - Manufacture of nickel hydroxide/graphene composite material involves adding nickel nitrate to graphite oxide suspension, adding nickel hydroxide such that mass ratio of graphene oxide and nickel hydroxide is 1:5, 1:9 or 1:13, ultrasonically dispersing, adding urea solution, stirring, placing in microwave reactor, performing vacuum filtration, washing with deionized water and ethanol, and drying under vacuum. USE - Manufacture of nickel hydroxide/graphene composite material for cathode of nickel-metal hydride battery. ADVANTAGE - The nickel hydroxide/graphene composite material having small temperature gradient is produced quickly with high yield.
