NOVELTY - Preparing graphene with large sheet diameter and high conductivity, comprises adding graphite, concentrated sulfuric acid and expansion agent into a reaction vessel at a ratio of 1:3-12:10-30 g/ml/g, stirring and mixing evenly to obtain a fluffy graphite mixture containing concentrated sulfuric acid and expansion agent, statically expanding and reacting the fluffy graphite mixture at a predetermined temperature for a predetermined time to obtain crude high-expansion expanded graphite, adding a peeling aid to the crude high-expansion expanded graphite, and performing peeling treatment to obtain a crude large-diameter graphene suspension, separating the crude large-diameter graphene suspension by sedimentation to obtain a refined large-diameter graphene dispersion, filtering, washing and drying the large-diameter refined graphene dispersion to obtain large-diameter high-conductivity graphene. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene with large sheet diameter and high conductivity, where the graphene is a two-dimensional atomic crystal with honeycomb hexagonal honeycomb lattice structure connected by sp2 hybridization between carbon atoms. ADVANTAGE - The method has simple preparation process flow, mild reaction, low energy consumption and environment-friendly preparation method of graphene with large diameter and high conductivity. The graphene has low structure damage degree, less defect, larger sheet diameter and excellent electrical performance.
