NOVELTY - The method involves making a graphene film through a chemical vapor deposition process. The graphene film is transferred to a membrane substrate made of a nonmetallic rigid material. The membrane substrate of the graphene film, which is made of a nonmetallic rigid material, is combined with a composite material. The composite material of the membrane substrate combining into a vibration membrane is formed. USE - Method for manufacturing a vibration membrane in a speaker (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables the vibration membrane to be composed of graphene and nonmetallic rigid materials so as to reduce speaker's weight and enhance speaker's normal rated power when used in the speaker. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The membrane substrate is made of fiberglass, carbon fiber, ceramic and a macromolecular material. The composite layer is made of fiberglass, carbon fiber, ceramic and a macromolecular material. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a speaker.
