NOVELTY - Two-dimensional barrier protective coating comprises 65-67 pts. wt. epoxy resin dispersion, 31-35 pts. wt. curing agent, 0.2-0.45 pts. wt. auxiliary agent, 0.03-0.05 pts. wt. graphene based filler, 0.4-0.5 pts. wt. inorganic oxide nano fillers, and 8-12 pts. wt. solvent. USE - The two-dimensional barrier protective coating is useful for hydraulic metal components in the field of surface protection of metal components in the hydraulic environment of ships, bridges, oceans, rivers and lakes (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The two-dimensional barrier protective coating solves problem that the protective coating has wide coating bubble phenomenon in the application of the hydraulic metal component. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a preparation method of the two-dimensional barrier protective coating for hydraulic metal components, comprising (i) dissolving chitosan in deionized water, adding acetic acid to obtain solution, adding 1-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-3-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride, 3,4-dihydroxyphenylacetic acid and N-hydroxysuccinimide, adjusting the pH with acetic acid solution and sodium hydroxide solution, reacting, carrying out dialysis in deionized water, and freeze-drying to obtain chitosan powder of catechol modification, (ii) adding epoxy resin dispersion and solvent to the graphene based filler and inorganic oxide nano-filler, and stirring evenly, adding auxiliary agent, and stirring to obtain solution to be reacted, and (iii) mixing the solution to be reacted with a curing agent, stirring at room temperature, curing, and drying.
