NOVELTY - Preparing graphene quantum dots comprise preheating precursor to obtain prepolymer, dissolving prepolymer in solvent, and performing thermal synthesis reaction to obtain graphene quantum dots. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene quantum dots. ADVANTAGE - The quantum dot has high yield, good stability, and high fluorescence intensity. The method is simple, and realizes mass production of graphene quantum point.
