NOVELTY - Graphene composite urethane foam for sound absorbing material, comprises cells, where an average diameter of the cells is 100-400 mu m and graphenes are dispersed in the cells. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene composite urethane foam which involves: (A) mixing the graphene in a supercritical fluid to produce a mixture; (B) dispersing the mixture in a polyol compound to prepare a dispersion solution; (C) reacting the dispersion solution with an isocyanate compound to prepare a foaming stock solution; and (D) firing the foaming stock solution to form a graphene composite urethane foam.
