NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene/polyaniline composite thin film electrode involves mixing 1-7 wt.% aniline solution and hydrochloric acid at mass ratio of 1:30-40, homogenizing, mixing ammonium sulfate and 1-7 wt.% hydrochloric acid at mass ratio of 1:55-65, homogenizing, mixing solutions, precipitating, vacuum filtering, washing with distilled water and ethanol, filtering, adding deionized water at mass ratio of 1-2:20000, ultrasonic vibrating, homogenizing, adding graphite oxide at mass ratio of 1-2:1000, ultrasonic vibrating, homogenizing, heating at 60-80 degrees C for 0.5-1 hour, and depositing. USE - Method for preparing graphene/polyaniline composite thin film electrode (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, short, environment-friendly, and has improved raw material utilization. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene/polyaniline composite thin film electrode comprises mixing 1-7 wt.% aniline solution and hydrochloric acid at mass ratio of 1:30-40, homogenizing, mixing ammonium sulfate and 1-7 wt.% hydrochloric acid at mass ratio of 1:55-65, homogenizing, mixing solutions, precipitating, vacuum filtering, washing with distilled water and ethanol, filtering, adding deionized water at mass ratio of 1-2:20000, ultrasonic vibrating, homogenizing, adding graphite oxide at mass ratio of 1-2:1000, ultrasonic vibrating, homogenizing, heating at 60-80 degrees C for 0.5-1 hour, depositing on flexible plastic film, drying, soaking in 55-58 wt.% hydrogen iodide for 15-80 degrees C for 3-48 hours, washing with ethanol and water, soaking in 3-4 wt.% hydrochloric acid solution for 5-10 minutes, and drying.
