NOVELTY - Wear-resistant motorcycle tire rubber material comprises 100-120 pts. wt. butyl rubber, 20-30 pts. wt. natural rubber, 6-10 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 3-5 pts. wt. stearic acid, 0.8-1.5 pts. wt. accelerator tetramethylthiuram disulfide (TMTD), 5-10 pts. wt. synergist and 2-5 pts. wt. sulfur. The reinforcing particles are made by adding concentrated sulfuric acid into reaction kettle, stirring, adding graphite and sodium nitrate, stirring, adding potassium permanganate, continuing stirring, heating up and continuing stirring, adding deionized water, heating up and stirring, adding hydrogen peroxide, until reaction solution is brownish yellow, filtering and washing with deionized sulfate to obtain graphene oxide. USE - Wear-resistant motorcycle tire rubber material. ADVANTAGE - The wear-resistant motorcycle tire rubber material enhances wear resistance, generates free radicals, promotes decomposition of hydroperoxide and dispersion, prevents progress of chain reaction, eliminates reaction of free radicals, and enables free radicals to generate stable substances, enhances interaction between reinforcing particles and rubber, and improves reinforcing effect. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing wear-resistant motorcycle tire rubber material, which involves: a. mixing butyl rubber, natural rubber, zinc oxide, stearic acid, accelerator TMTD, synergist and sulfur into open mill, under condition of 145degrees Celsius and 15 megapascal pressure, vulcanizing for 1.5-2 hours, and obtaining motorcycle tire rubber material.
