NOVELTY - An electromagnetic shielding material is a polyaniline-graphene oxide composite material and is prepared using 75-100 pts. wt. PVC resin, 12-18 pts. wt. electromagnetic shielding material, 15-20 pts. wt. flame retardant, 8-12 pts. wt. synergistic flame retardant, 10-15 pts. wt. impact-resistant agent, 12-18 pts. wt. coupling agent, 5-15 pts. wt. compatibilizer, and 6-10 pts. wt. acrylic fiber. USE - Electromagnetic shielding material used in production of cable protection tube (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has excellent flame retardance, impact resistance, weather resistance, tensile strength, hardness and electromagnetic shielding effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of electromagnetic shielding material which involves adding the PVC resin, shielding material, coupling agent, compatibilizer and acrylate fiber and stirring at 900-1200 r/minute, adding the remaining raw materials and mixing the mixture at 1200-1300 r/minute, kneading the mixture into an extrusion apparatus comprising 5 zones having temperature of 270-280 degrees C, 280-290 degrees C, 295-305 degrees C, 305-315 degrees C and 290-305 degrees C, and extruding and granulating the mixture; and (2) cable protection tube which is prepared by heating and melting the shielding material at 300-320 degrees C, adding into a molding die and cooling the mold. The tube has an electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of 21.23-43.87 dB.
