NOVELTY - The graphene composite radiating cold plate has an aluminum alloy cold plate (1), an aluminum alloy cover plate (3) and a graphene radiating fin (2). The graphene radiating fin is arranged between the aluminum alloy cold plate and the aluminum alloy cover plate. The aluminum alloy cold plate is connected with the aluminum alloy cover plate. The aluminum alloy cold plate is provided with a groove. The graphene radiating fin is provided in the groove. The aluminum alloy cover plate is jointed with the top of the groove, for sealing the graphene radiating fin. USE - Graphene composite radiating cold plate for on-satellite processor U flashboard module (claimed) of mobile phone or notebook computer. ADVANTAGE - The composite cold plate structure is simple, at the same time of satisfying the radiating heat-conducting requirement, effectively controlling the volume and weight of the device, effectively satisfying the requirement of embedded computer high performance, high integration, miniaturization. The aluminum alloy cold plate and the aluminum alloy cover plate are detachably connected by a bolt, so that the assembly of device is more convenient and fast. The thickness of the graphene radiating fin is 0.1-2.2 mm, which satisfies radiating requirement, and it is convenient for processing and assembling the whole. The density of graphene composite radiating cold plate is less than 2.3 g/cm3, the thermal conductivity is 200-400 W/m-K, which effectively satisfies the actual use requirement.
