▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-based modifier comprises dispersing the graphene oxide in organic solvent to obtain the graphene oxide suspension, adding esterification modifying agent into the graphene oxide suspension, and adding concentrated sulfuric acid, heating and refluxing 1-3 hour, after the reaction, allowing to stand and layering, removing the supernatant, collecting, washing and drying product to obtain the esterified modified graphene oxide, stirring the esterified graphene oxide and silane coupling agent at high speed for 5-30 minutes. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-based modifier. ADVANTAGE - The method: can modifies the graphene oxide through esterification and applies it to the cable material, which can improve the cable shielding level and improve the flame retardant performance of the cable. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) graphene-based modifier, is obtained by the preparation method; (2) high shielding network cable material containing the graphene-based modifier, comprising 100 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride, 60-80 pts. wt. orthobenzene plasticizer, 2-6 pts. wt. epoxidized soybean oil, 1-2 pts. wt. calcium zinc stabilizer, 1-5 pts. wt. graphene-based modifier and 45-65 pts. wt. inorganic filler; and (3) preparing the high shielding network cable material, comprising placing the polyvinyl chloride into high speed mixer, stirring and heating to 80-100 degrees C, adding o-benzene plasticizer, epoxy soybean oil, calcium zinc stabilizing agent and graphite alkenyl modifier, fully stirring, adding inorganic filler, stirring uniformly, then adding the mixture to the double-screw extruder, extruding and granulating at 130-160 degrees C.
