NOVELTY - A high heat-conductive silicone rubber comprises 100 pts. wt. matrix, 20-70 pts. wt. thermally-conductive filler and 0.5-5 pts. wt. curing agent. The matrix contains silicone rubber, raw rubber, vinyl-containing polysiloxane and silicone rubber adhesive having molecular weight of 200000-1000000. The thermally-conductive filler is graphene or graphene-alumina mixture. USE - High-heat-conductive silicone rubber (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The high-heat-conductive silicone rubber composition is manufactured efficiently with excellent productivity, by simple method.
