NOVELTY - The system has a capacitor that is formed by a first conductor (1) and a second conductor (2) separated and completely surrounded by the dielectric (3) and subjected to pulses of voltage or electric field (E) with temporal derivative asymmetric. The product is asymmetrical between conductors such that the asymmetrical pulses are applied to several capacitors, or to several propulsion units. The magnitude or repetition rate of the pulses includes application of pulses of extreme magnitude. The conductors are in the form of thick or thin like paint or thin film, or made of any conductive, superconducting or semiconducting material, or materials that generate superconductivity with the possibility or option of painting the surface with any paint mixture of small conductive, or non-conductive, or semiconductor, or magnetic particles, or nano particles of carbon, graphene or any other material, with positive or negative permittivity or permeability. USE - Electromagnetic propulsion system applied to motorcycle, car, flying skateboards with automatic height control, submarine, plane, spaceship, drone, flying platform in any environment, hang gliders, and personal transport. ADVANTAGE - The possibility or option of painting the surface with paint of small conductive, semiconducting or magnetic particles, or nanoparticles of carbon, graphene or any other material with positive or negative permittivity or permeability in order to increase the total capacitance or improve the properties. The possible applications of the force fields are numerous such that the reduction of atmospheric or water friction for cars, planes, boats or submarines can be achieved, the displacement of water vehicles is allowed to any depth, and the displacement of ships in space, and the atmosphere or water can be completely protected and free from collisions with small or large masses. The direction of the force generated by choosing conductors excited by the power supply is controlled such that the direction of the resultant force vector is easily changed. The conductor configuration widely used in piezoelectric capacitors that allows connecting wires to be used with conductors on the same surface, and can be used in our case with conductors partially or completely surrounded by dielectric. The propulsion units can be wrapped and optionally protected by dielectric or conductive or magnetic materials. The purpose of containing in space the electromagnetic fields generated by the units of propulsion in order to avoid electromagnetic emission that could impair the operation of nearby electrical equipment and the exposure to the fields of people or biological material or equipment near the propulsion units can be avoided. The enclosure is used to increase the capacitance of the propulsion unit.
