NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-based water evaporation power generation devices by 3D printing comprises (1) mixing graphene oxide suspension, mixing ascorbic acid with deionized water to form an aqueous solution of graphene oxide, heating at 60-80 degrees C for 0.25-1 hours, partially reducing graphene oxide aqueous solution, filtering to obtain partially reduced graphene oxide ink , (2) adding the partially reduced graphene oxide ink on a 3D printer, 3D printing on the substrate to obtain 3D redox graphene water film, not greater than 30 minutes at room temperature, freeze-drying for 8-12 hours, where the obtained 3D redox graphene water film is equipped with tabs at both ends at room temperature. USE - The water evaporation power generation device is useful in the seawater evaporation power generation (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing water evaporation power generation device based on graphene comprising preparation steps of the graphene oxide suspension are as follows: (a) adding expanded graphite to 80 degrees C mixed solution of sulfuric acid, potassium persulfate, phosphorus pentoxide, heating and vigorously stirring, washing with distilled water, drying to obtain the dried graphite powder, (b) orderly adding the dried graphite powder, sulfuric acid, slowly adding potassium permanganate, vigorously stirring, after finishing reaction, cooling to room temperature, using the mixed solution of distilled water and hydrochloric acid to wash, obtaining pre-oxidized graphite powder, (c) adding the pre-oxidized graphite powder in the sulfuric acid, slowly adding potassium permanganate, vigorously stirring, ending the reaction, cooling to room temperature, orderly using distilled water and hydrochloric acid solution to wash to obtain the graphene oxide suspension water evaporation power generation device,
