NOVELTY - An electronic device has a nanocarbon material (3) and a pair of electrodes (4, 5) which are electrically connected to nanocarbon material (3). The electronic device further consists of a lower layer (2) containing at least 1 type of molecular material having doping function formed under the nanocarbon material, and an upper layer (6) containing at least 2 types of molecular material formed on the nanocarbon material, and mutually have reverse polarity doping function. USE - Electronic device e.g. graphene transistors and semiconductors. ADVANTAGE - The electronic device has high reliability, and simple structure. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An electronic device has a nanocarbon material and a pair of electrodes which are electrically connected to nanocarbon material. The electronic device further consists of a lower layer containing at least 1 type of molecular material having doping function formed under the nanocarbon material, and an upper layer containing at least 2 types of molecular material formed on the nanocarbon material, and mutually have reverse polarity doping function. In the region between the pair of electrodes, the nanocarbon material forms 1 type of structure chosen from NPN structure, PNP structure, N+P-P+ structure, and P+N-N+ structure. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of electronic apparatus.
