NOVELTY - The device has a mounting body, a fixing table (2), a supporting body (3), a plasma generator and an alternating current power supply with adjustable high voltage frequency. The plasma generator comprises a copper electrode, a screen electrode (5), a fitting vessel and a tungsten needle (7). An assembling body (1) is connected with the fixing table through the supporting body, and the position of the supporting body relative to the fixing table can be adjusted and/or the position of the assembling body relative to the supporting body is adjustable. The copper electrode is fixed at the bottom of the assembly body, and is provided with several mounting holes. The number of the tungsten needle and the mounting position is adjustable inserted in the mounting hole. The screen electrode is placed on the lower portion of the assembly vessel. The high voltage frequency adjustable alternating current power supply is used for providing stable power supply for the plasma jet flow. USE - Atmospheric pressure low temperature plasma processing liquid device with adjustable needle electrode needle number for use in biological medical field and discharging synthetic graphene or diamond material in alcohol solution. ADVANTAGE - The device can generate low temperature plasma under atmospheric pressure, without complex vacuum system, simple operation, plasma discharge device is flexible, which makes it more convenient and more sufficient for processing liquid, not limited by processing space, low cost and convenient industrial application. The device solves the problem that the plasma processing liquid position is not adjustable and the processing liquid is not sufficient caused by plasma generating device structure, it not only can adjust the distance of the plasma process liquid and changing the needle number and shape of the needle electrode at any time, it also can adjust position of the processed area and increase the area of the process area and realize omnidirectional processing liquid.
