NOVELTY - Graphene heat-conducting gasket wrapping process comprises coating layer of colloid around the cut and shaped graphene heat-conducting gasket to obtain edge-wrapped graphene thermally conductive gasket, solidifying, and forming edge-wrapped layer which includes edging portion adhered to surrounding sides of graphene heat-conducting gasket, and extension portion extending from edge portion to upper and lower sides of graphene thermally conductive gasket, where thickness of wrapping portion is 20-200 mum, thickness of extension part is 20-100 mum, and extension width of extension portion is 50-500 mum. USE - The method is used for wrapping graphene heat-conducting gasket. ADVANTAGE - The graphene heat-conducting gasket ensures the excellent heat conduction performance and mechanical property, at the same time, it can effectively improve the graphene heat conducting gasket side powder falling problem, it has wide application prospect in the chip radiating field. The graphene film and the carbon fiber are matched with each other, so that the finally prepared graphene heat conductive gasket not only has high heat conducting coefficient and low thermal resistance in the layer direction of the graphene film, but also has excellent heat dissipation and soaking effect in the interlayer direction.
