▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Projector radiating system with a coating comprises nano graphene coated paper, metal and graphite radiating coat. The nano graphene coated paper is attached on inner surface of the projector shell and the metal heating chip or bulb connected in the projector. The graphite radiating coat is attached on the metal radiating fin. USE - Used as projector radiating system with coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method avoids local heat concentration and improves the service life of the projector. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the projector radiating system with a coating, comprising (i) mixing the graphene and filler in the solvent, ultrasonically dispersing, adding resin and curing agent, grinding and filtering to obtain the graphene coating, (ii) pre-heating the metal fin at 160-200 degrees C and placing into a injection chamber, and (iii) heating the projector shell to 160-200 degrees C and placing into the injection chamber, (iv) placing 2-10 nozzles on the inside surface of the metal fin and the projector shell, and providing the front and back with 1-5 nozzles, where the nozzle diameter is 0.5-2 mm and the nozzle metal surface is 3-6 cm, (v) spraying the graphene coating on the metal radiating fin, where the injection pressure is 0.5-10 MPa, the injection flow rate is 20-200 ml/minute and the spraying time is 2-5 minutes and (vi) solidifying the grapheme coated metal and the projector shell by allowing to stand at 200-250 degrees C for 15-40 minutes. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic representation of the projector radiating system with a coating.
