NOVELTY - Graphene-oxide dual-recognition surface-imprinted nanoparticles are prepared by surface oxidizing dual-recognition molecular-imprinted layer wrapped on graphene and adding graphene oxide, luteolin as template molecule, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate, a-methacrylic acid and 4-vinylbenzene to mixed solution of methanol and water to form pre-assembled system, adding copper bromide and pentamethyldiethylenetriamine to pre-assembled system, adding ethyl alpha -bromoisobutyrate as initiator and polymerizing, high-speed centrifuging product and vacuum drying. USE - Preparation of boron-affinity dual-recognition molecularly-imprinted material used for selective adsorption and separation of luteolin in aqueous solution (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of boron-affinity dual-recognition molecularly-imprinted material having excellent thermal stability, luteolin recognition characteristics and irreversible adsorption/release characteristics, large surface area and high adsorption capacity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene oxide is prepared by adding graphite powder and sodium nitrate to concentrated sulfuric acid, cooling to 10 degrees C or less, adding potassium permanganate to reactor, stirring, adding distilled water to reactor, adding 30% hydrogen peroxide to reactor, adding 10% concentrated hydrochloric acid to reactor at room temperature, washing with distilled water and drying at 60 degrees C. Graphene-oxide dual-recognition surface-imprinted nanoparticles are prepared by surface oxidizing dual-recognition molecular-imprinted layer wrapped on graphene, adding graphene oxide, luteolin as template molecule, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate, a-methacrylic acid and 4-vinylbenzene to mixed solution of methanol and water, removing oxygen, supplying nitrogen to mixed solution in dark condition with stirring to form pre-assembled system, removing oxygen, supplying nitrogen, adding copper bromide and pentamethyldiethylenetriamine to pre-assembled system, adding ethyl alpha -bromoisobutyrate as initiator to reactor and polymerizing under nitrogen atmosphere, collecting polymerization reaction product, high-speed centrifuging product, washing centrifuge with ethanol and distilled water for 3 times, ultrasonically extracting product with mixture of hydrochloric acid and methanol, removing luteolin as template molecules, eluting until template molecule is not detected and vacuum drying at 60 degrees C.
