NOVELTY - Biodegradable modified plastic masterbatch comprises 40-60 pts. wt. biodegradable polyester, 4-12 pts. wt. nanometer magnesium oxide, 2-4 pts. wt. nanometer silicon micropowder, 3-8 pts. wt. graphene, 2-6 pts. wt. perlite, 1-4 pts. wt. nano zinc, 2-4 pts. wt. magnesium hydroxide whisker, 5-12 pts. wt. antimony trioxide, 4-10 pts. wt. fine powder of polyamide wax, and 2-9 pts. wt. diimidazolidinyl urea. USE - Biodegradable modified plastic masterbatch. ADVANTAGE - The biodegradable modified plastic masterbatch has good biodegradability, excellent tensile strength and high elongation at break without causing environmental pollution. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing biodegradable modified plastic masterbatch, which involves: (A) mixing nano-magnesia, nano-scale silicon micro-powder, graphene, perlite, nano-zinc, magnesium hydroxide whisker and antimony trioxide in a grinder for 10-16 minutes to obtain a mixture; (B) adding polyamide wax micro powder and diimidazolidinyl urea in the formed mixture with a small amount of medical alcohol with stirring at room temperature to obtain another mixture; (C) adding biodegradable polyester in obtained mixture with stirring at 180-210?OC for 20-40 minutes to obtain a third mixture; (D) placing the formed mixture to a twin-screw extruder for extrusion at 180 degrees C to obtain modified plastic; and (E) placing the obtained modified plastic to a granulator for granulation to obtain the plastic master batch.
