▎ 摘　　要

NOVELTY - Multifunctional bio-nanocomposite coating material with antibacterial activity, prepared by (a) using an analytical balance to weigh 10-15 g calcium silicate powder; (b) adding 4-7 g pore-forming agent into the calcium silicate powder and mixing evenly; (c) adding 5-7 g binder with a concentration of 6-10%, mixing and dry-pressing in a steel mold, making a porous green body, and calcining in a calcination furnace for 2-4 hours to form a calcium-silicon-based nano-coating; (d) adding 0.1-0.3 g silver powder into the formed calcium-silicon-based coating, and mixing thoroughly to make a bio-nano composite coating with antibacterial activity; and (e) adding 0.1-0.3 g antibiotic bone cement, and fully mixing, is claimed. USE - Multifunctional bio-nanocomposite coating material with antibacterial activity. ADVANTAGE - The multifunctional biological nano composite coating material has good antibacterial effect and strong stability.
