NOVELTY - A coating comprises 32-34 pts. wt. water-based amino resin, 26-28 pts. wt. polyacrylic resin, 24-28 pts. wt. fluorosilicone resin, 16-18 pts. wt. nano ceramsite, 14-16 pts. wt. nano alumina, 12-14 pts. wt. kyanite, 10-14 pts. wt. graphene powder, 8-10 pts. wt. surfactant, 2-5 pts. wt. coupling agent, 2-4 pts. wt. dispersant, 1-3 pts. wt. filler and 22-26 pts. wt. solvent. USE - Coating used for heat dissipation of computer mainframe. ADVANTAGE - The non-toxic and environmentally-friendly coating has high performance, excellent high-temperature resistance, low material cost and easy available raw materials, and enables the host computer to dissipate heat. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of coating, which involves (S1) weighing the raw materials of each component as required, (S2) adding aqueous amino resin, polyacrylic resin and fluorosilicone resin to high-speed mixer, stirring at 1000-1200 rpm for 35-45 minutes to obtain mixture (A), transferring the mixture (A) to reaction vessel, reacting at 125-135 degrees C for 25-35 minutes to obtain mixture (B), (S3) sequentially adding nano ceramsite, nano alumina, kyanite and graphene powder to high speed mixer, stirring at 1100-1200 rpm for 35-45 minutes, placing the mixture in ball mill, grinding to a particle size of 4-8 mu m, controlling cylinder rotation speed of ball mill at 23-26 rpm and material temperature inside the cylinder at 25-35 degrees C to obtain mixture (C), (S4) sequentially adding mixture (B), mixture (C), surfactant, coupling agent, dispersant, filler and solvent to high-speed mixer and stirring at 1350-1450 rpm for 1-2 hours to obtain final product.
