NOVELTY - Preserving Tricholoma matsutake by modified atmosphere dormancy involves pre-processing Tricholoma matsutake, packaging by packaging material, obtaining packing material, sealing surface of package by amidated graphene oxide (AGO)/sulfonated poly(ether-ether ketone) (SPEEK) gas adjusting film, storing at 0-8 degrees C at low temperature, where AGO/SPEEK gas adjusting film comprises functionalized graphene oxide/sulfonated polyether ether ketone gas adjusting film which comprises functionalized graphene oxide (GO) and SPEEK reaction to obtain film, where functionalized graphene oxide is obtained by ethylene diamine modified graphene oxide powder. USE - Method for preserving Tricholoma matsutake by modified atmosphere dormancy. ADVANTAGE - The method is green and safe, automatically reduces oxygen concentration and improves carbon dioxide concentration, reduces breathing time of Tricholoma matsutake, promotes Tricholoma matsutake to reach sleep state in short time, and at same time, shelf life of method is prolonged to 15 days, where Tricholoma matsutake is fresh, pulp is full, color is bright, is free from microorganism spoilage phenomenon.
