▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Matte varnish comprises main agent, curing agent, diluent, second cotton pulp and resin solution, where the main agent comprises 40-50 pts. wt. hyperbranched soybean oil modified alkyd resin, 1-2 pts. wt. dispersant, 10-15 pts. wt. butyl acetate, 5-8 pts. wt. matting agent, 0.01-0.02 pts. wt. graphene, 30-40 pts. wt. 1/4 cotton pulp, 8 pts. wt. vinyl resin, 0.5-1 pts. wt. defoamer and 1-2 pts. wt. leveling agent, the curing agent comprises 40-30 pts. wt. L-75, 10-15 pts. wt. N-3390, 20-30 pts. wt. 60T and 30-40 pts. wt. BAC, and the diluent comprises 50-60 pts. wt. butyl acetate and 50-40 pts. wt. dibasic ester (DBE), and the second cotton pulp includes 40 pts. wt. 1/4 second cotton and 60 pts. wt. butyl acetate, and the resin solution includes 20 pts. wt. vinyl resin and 80 pts. wt. methyl ethyl ketone (MEK). USE - The matte varnish is useful in furniture and household decoration. ADVANTAGE - The varnish: has low odor, smooth surface, ≤5° gloss (tested by 60° gloss meter), high transparency, clear wood grain conduit, strong solvent release, and no triphenyl; and is environmentally friendly and safe. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing matte varnish, comprising (i) adding hyperbranched soybean oil modified alkyd resin, dispersant and butyl acetate in sequence, and dispersing at low speed (500-800 revolutions/minutes) for 5-8 minutes, (ii) adding matting powder in sequence, firstly at low speed, then at high speed (1200-1500 revolutions/minutes) to disperse for 20-30 minutes, (iii) adding graphene, 1/4 second cotton pulp, vinyl acetate resin, defoamer in sequence, and dispersing at medium speed (800-1000 revolutions/minutes) for 8-10 minutes, (iv) adding leveling agent in turn, and dispersing at medium speed (800-1000 revolutions/minutes) for 10-15 minutes, (v) dispersing kettle is required to be double-layered, contains cooling circulating water, where the temperature in dispersing kettle is ≤50℃, (vi) adding L75, HX100, HRB, butyl acetate in sequence, and dispersing at low speed (500-800 revolutions/minutes) for 10-15 minutes to obtain curing agent, and (vii) adding butyl acetate and PMA in sequence, and dispersing at low speed (500-800 revolutions/minutes) for 10-15 minutes to obtain diluent, (viii) adding VAGH and butyl acetate in turn, dispersing at medium speed (800-1000 revolutions/minutes) for 30-50 minutes, and dissolving all to obtain vinyl acetate resin solution, (ix) adding 1/4 second dry cotton and butyl acetate in turn, dispersing at low speed (500-800 revolutions/minutes) for 30-50 minutes to dissolve all to obtain ¼ NC cotton pulp solution, and (x) mixing main agent, curing agent and diluent in ratio of 1:0.3:1 when using.
