NOVELTY - A high property graphene composite electroconductive coating material is prepared by: mixing natural crystalline flake graphite, potassium sulfate, phosphorus pentoxide and hydrogen peroxide and dispersing into aqueous solution obtain solution A; hydrolyzing tetraethyl orthosilicate in ethanol solution and dispersing into aqueous solution to obtain solution B; mixing inorganic metal copper nano granule and surfactant poly(vinylpyrrolidone) and dispersing into aqueous solution to obtain solution C; mixing solution A and crosslinking agent; and adding solutions B and C. USE - Method for preparing high property graphene composite electroconductive coating material used for electromagnetic shielding, antistatic, corrosion, heat, abrasion and electronic circuits (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A high property graphene composite electroconductive coating material is prepared by: (A) mixing natural crystalline flake graphite, potassium sulfate, phosphorus pentoxide, concentrated sulfuric acid, potassium permanganate and hydrogen peroxide to obtain graphene oxide and dispersing into aqueous solution to obtain solution A; (B) hydrolyzing tetraethyl orthosilicate in ethanol solution to obtain 10-100 nm silicon dioxide nanogranule, centrifuging to obtain pure silicon dioxide granule and dispersing into aqueous solution to obtain solution B; (C) mixing 30-100 nm inorganic metal copper nano granule and surfactant poly(vinylpyrrolidone) to obtain copper nano granule and dispersing into aqueous solution to obtain solution C; (D) mixing solution A, 1-2 pts. wt. surfactant poly(vinylpyrrolidone), 1-2 pts. wt. neutralizing agent propanolamine, 1-2 pts. wt. delusterant dibutyl ether, 1-2 pts. wt. defoamer and 2-3 pts. wt. crosslinking agent at 60-80 degrees C and stirring for 30-60 minutes; and (E) adding solutions B and C at 60-100 degrees C and 100-110 degrees C, and stirring for 30-60 minutes.
