NOVELTY - The piece has a functional layer coated on a positive current collector. The functional layer is provided with a fucoidan or a metal salt, where the metal salt is selected as sodium salt, salt lithium calcium salt or magnesium salt. A component of the functional layer is provided with an anode material and a conductive agent, where the anode material is selected as a lithium cobaltate, a lithium-rich lithium manganate, a lithium manganate, a ferric lithium, a NCM811 ternary material anode, a NCM622 ternary material anode and a NCM532 ternary material anode, and the conductive agent is selected from a carbon black, a conductive graphite, a carbon fiber, carbon nano-tube and a graphene, and the thickening agent is selected from carboxymethyl cellulose or salt and polyacrylamide. USE - Anode piece for a lithium ion battery (claimed). Uses include but are not limited to an electric automobile, a smart mobile phone, a notebook computer and a digital video camera. ADVANTAGE - The piece has high pressure stability, high energy density and long cycle life, and reversibly discharges current at a higher potential.
