NOVELTY - A high-tenacity plastic comprises 87.4- 91.4 pts. wt. polybutylene terephthalate (PBT), 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. lubricant, 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. antioxidant and 8-13 pts. wt. modified glass fiber. The modified glass fiber is prepared by preheating glass fiber, vacuum freeze-drying, mixing with hydrogen peroxide, heating to 110-120degrees Celsius, refluxing for 1-2 hours, adding silane coupling agent, heating to 90-100degrees Celsius, continuously reacting for 3-6 hours, drying to obtain premodified glass fiber, and heating and reacting pre-modified glass fiber and modified sol according to weight ratio of 1:2-5 under vacuum condition at 90-120degrees Celsius for 2-3 hours. The modified sol comprises mixed resin, modified filler and surfactant. The mixed resin comprises carboxyl-terminated hyperbranched polyester, N,N-dimethylformamide and epoxy resin. USE - High-tenacity plastic. ADVANTAGE - The plastic shell has high toughness and high torque. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing high-tenacity plastic comprising mixing modified glass fiber with PBT, lubricant and antioxidant to obtain mixed powder, adding mixed powder into mold, pressing, exhausting, pressure maintaining processing, heating and sintering to obtain sintering material, cooling to room temperature and taking out from mold.
