NOVELTY - Thermal insulation refractory material comprises 40-50 pts. wt. high-density polyethylene, 30-35 pts. wt. ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 10-15 pts. wt. acetylated starch, 15-18 pts. wt. phosphate glass powder, 20-24 pts. wt. pyrophyllite powder, 5-8 pts. wt. isocyanate modified montmorillonite, 10-15 pts. wt. graphene/silicon dioxide gel hybrid modified melamine cyanurate, 10-15 pts. wt. aluminum hydroxide, 0.5-1 pts. wt. dicumyl peroxide, 3-5 pts. wt. methyl cellulose ether, and 2-4 pts. wt. polypropylene carbonate. USE - The thermal insulation refractory material is useful for building curtain wall. ADVANTAGE - The thermal insulation refractory material: has excellent mechanical properties, low thermal conductivity, good thermal insulation effect, limiting oxygen index ≥ 30%, high flame-retardant grade, good heat preservation effect, high tensile strength, good toughness, cold resistance, good chemical stability, reduced crystallinity, improved flexibility and impact resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the thermal insulation refractory material comprising mixing high-density polyethylene, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, acetylated starch, phosphate glass powder, pyrophyllite powder, isocyanate modified montmorillonite, graphene/silicon dioxide gel hybrid modified melamine cyanurate, aluminum hydroxide, dicumyl peroxide, methyl cellulose ether, and polypropylene carbonate, adding into twin-screw extruder for melting and extruding, granulating to obtain a blend, adding the blend to the mold, hot pressing under 10-15 MPa pressure for 3-5 minutes, hot pressing temperature is 150-160°C, and cold pressing for 3-5 minutes.
