▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing high-efficiency heat-dissipating graphene heat-dissipating paint, involves (i) selecting required graphene and additive materials, and carrying out load-bearing, mixing, dispersing, heating and grinding to obtain powdery raw materials, (ii) sieving the powdered raw materials to make more delicate and uniform, (iii) performing production of binder and dispersant, (iv) placing the sieved powdery raw materials in the binder and stirring, so that the powdery raw materials and the binder are completely mixed to obtain a mixed slurry, (v) placing the dispersant in the mixed slurry and completely stirring to obtain a preliminary heat dissipation coating, and (vi) grinding and sieving the preliminary heat dissipation coating to obtain a finished product. USE - The method is used for preparing high-efficiency heat-dissipating graphene heat-dissipating paint. ADVANTAGE - The method improves thermal conductivity of the coating, dissipates heat by means of radiative heat dissipation, reduces surface temperature of the object, improves adhesion of coating film formation, ensures long-term use of heat-dissipating coatings at high temperatures, has moderate viscosity, rapid film formation, convenient construction, excellent weather resistance, toughness, impact resistance and durability, and is environmentally-friendly.
