▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Porous nanofiber membrane is claimed. The porous nanofiber membrane is prepared by preparing materials with excellent biocompatibility and antibacterial function including sodium alginate and chitosan, mixing sodium alginate with polyvinyl alcohol, and mixing chitosan with polyvinyl alcohol or mixing sodium alginate and chitosan with polyvinyl alcohol to prepare dispersion, adding conductive materials including graphene into the dispersion to obtain mixed spinning solution, spinning by using a linear electrode device using a dispersion solution or mixed spinning solution. USE - The porous nanofiber membrane is useful as wound covering materials. ADVANTAGE - The porous nanofiber membrane has excellent mechanical and degradable properties, excellent electrical conductivity and hydrophobicity, excellent cell affinity performance, antibacterial effect and wound healing promotion effect, and excellent morphology and excellent performance. The method: has high production efficiency; and is suitable for large-scale production of artificial nerve catheters in the future.
