NOVELTY - Liquid cooling plate based on coating graphene comprises an upper substrate, a lower substrate, and a graphene coating layer. The flow channel is respectively connected with the liquid inlet and the liquid outlet. The coating graphene is set on one surface of the lower base substrate far away from the upper base substrate, the coating graphene provided with concave unit micro-structure arranged in array, the upper and lower bases are connected together by rolling, and form the flow channel by blow molding.
