NOVELTY - Preparation of reinforcing agent involves adding 9-13 pts. wt. modified filler, 78-86 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride, 12-16 pts. wt. shellac, 0.5-0.9 pt. wt. polydimethylsiloxane, 1-2 pts. wt. silicone oil, 6-8 pts. wt. soy lecithin, 0.9-1.5 pt. wt. talc, 2-4 pts. wt. xylene and 60-78 pts. wt. deionized water to stirring tank in sequence, heating, stirring, and cooling. The modified filler is prepared by adding fatty acid sorbitan and sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate to a reactor, heating, adding fulvic acid, adding aqueous ammonia, stirring, adding graphene, stirring, performing high-temperature and high-pressure treatment, then rapidly releasing the pressure to normal pressure, suction-filtering obtained mixture, drying, obtaining material (A), soaking the material (A) in a modified solution, then placing ultrasonic probe 2-3 cm below the surface of the modified solution, ultrasonically processing, performing proton irradiation treatment, suction-filtering, cleaning, and drying. USE - Preparation of reinforcing agent used for processing fishing net wire. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of reinforcing agent which effectively improves mechanical property, acid and alkali salt corrosion resistance, quality and durability of the fishing net wire. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of reinforcing agent involves adding 9-13 pts. wt. modified filler, 78-86 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride, 12-16 pts. wt. shellac, 0.5-0.9 pt. wt. polydimethylsiloxane, 1-2 pts. wt. silicone oil, 6-8 pts. wt. soy lecithin, 0.9-1.5 pt. wt. talc, 2-4 pts. wt. xylene and 60-78 pts. wt. deionized water to a stirring tank in sequence, heating to 90-98 degrees C, stirring for 1-3 hours by laser shock wave treatment, and cooling to room temperature. The modified filler is prepared by adding fatty acid sorbitan and sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate to a reactor in a weight ratio of 1:3-4, heating the reactor to 70-80 degrees C, adding fulvic acid dropwise at a constant speed, then adding aqueous ammonia dropwise at a constant speed, stirring, adding graphene, stirring for 2-3 hours, performing high-temperature and high-pressure treatment for 50-60 seconds, then rapidly releasing the pressure to normal pressure, suction-filtering obtained mixture, drying, obtaining material (A), soaking the material (A) in a modified solution, then placing ultrasonic probe 2-3 cm below the surface of the modified solution, ultrasonically processing, performing proton irradiation treatment, suction-filtering, cleaning 3-5 times with pure water, and drying.
