▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A nanowire comprises a core portion (22) having a carbon nanotube with at least one layer (22a,22b) of a graphene sheet, and a functional layer (24) formed around the core portion and having at least one layer (24a,24b) of a modified graphene sheet. USE - Nanonetwork and electronic device and for electric wiring (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Carbon nanotubes utilized in the nanowire, have excellent and unprecedented properties such as high electric conductivity, toughness and chemical stability. The nanonetwork utilizing the nanowire is produced simply and easily to improve handling performance of carbon nanotubes and implement a wide range of applications of carbon nanotubes. Since the core portion of the carbon nanotube exists in center of the nanowire, the properties of carbon nanotube can be utilized as they are. Since an electric current can be made to flow not only into the graphene sheet on surface of the multiwalled carbon nanotube but also into the inner layer graphene sheet through the amorphous carbon area, electric current density can be increased. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for the following: (1) nanonetwork comprising several nanowires the functional layers of the nanowire being adhered to one another at least in side surfaces of the nanowires so as to form a network structure; (2) carbon structure comprising a multi-walled carbon nanotube having at least two layers of graphene sheet, and an amorphous carbon area at which a graphene sheet forming an outermost layer of the carbon nanotube is partially connected with at least one graphene sheet forming an inner layer of the carbon nanotube; (3) method of producing the nanowire, which involves performing at least a modification treatment on multi-walled carbon nanotube so as to produce nanowire; (4) method of producing nanonetwork, involves providing nanowires (A and B), crossing the nanowire (A) and one of the nanowire (B) and carbon nanotube so that the amorphous carbon area in the nanowire (A) is in contact with one of nanowire (B) and the carbon nanotube, and irradiating the crossing portion with an electron beam so as to electrically connect the nanowire (A) with one of the nanowire (B) and the carbon nanotube; and (5) electronic device comprising the nanowire.
