▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing silicon-carbon cathode composite material comprises emulsifying 0.1-1 wt.% graphene oxide to form uniformly dispersed suspension of graphene oxide, adding silicon powder into the suspension for homogenization to obtain graphene oxide-silicon powder mixed liquid, drying the graphene oxide-silicon powder mixed liquid to obtain graphene oxide-silicon powder composite material and roasting the graphene oxide-silicon powder composite material at 600-1200 degrees C for 1-5 hours under inert gas atmosphere or reducing atmosphere. USE - The silicon-carbon cathode composite material is useful for lithium-ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material: maintains fewer graphene sheets after reduction; has controllable sheet diameter and better conductivity than the graphene-silicon composite cathode material prepared by the mechanical peeling method. The method: can adopt industrialized equipment; utilizes non-toxic and non-polluting solvent; and is suitable for commercialization and large-scale production, and environmentally friendly.
