DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A cold cathode structure based on a graphene oxide/graphene micro-emissive region, comprises silicon substrate, zinc oxide nano-array vertically arranged on the silicon substrate, and a surface emitting layer coated on the top of the zinc oxide nano-array, where the surface emitting layer is composed of a graphene oxide block and a graphene block that are integrally arranged, the graphene oxide blocks are arranged at intervals in the horizontal and/or vertical directions, and the remaining areas are made of graphene blocks, graphene oxide blocks with different thickness and different degree of reduction of the graphene blocks form a micro-emission area. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing cold cathode structure based on a graphene oxide/graphene micro-emissive region.
