NOVELTY - Diatom ooze coating comprises 5-10 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 3-5 pts. wt. nano-titanium dioxide, 1-2 pts. wt. nanocalcium carbonate, 2-3 pts. wt. nano-silicon dioxide, 10-20 pts. wt. nano-tungsten trioxide parts, 5-7 pts. wt. meerschaum material, 5-7 pts. wt. chitin, 3-5 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 0.5-1 pts. wt. mica powder, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. phthalocyanine compound, 2-3 pts. wt. formaldehyde absorbent, 1-3 pts. wt. antiaging agent, 1-2 pts. wt. film forming agent, and diatom ooze (remaining agent). USE - Used as diatom ooze coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating: is capable of decomposing formaldehyde; realizes the continuous coating of the coating material, without working staff continuously taking material, reduces the working intensity, and improves the coating efficiency, and increases the contact area of the coating and the indoor air, thus improves the coating absorbing formaldehyde ability, increases the ability of the diatom ooze coating to absorb formaldehyde; adds lavender essential oil, which can emit faint scent, and is good for improving indoor air and improving living experience. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the diatom ooze coating, comprising (i) adding titanium dioxide, nano titanium dioxide, nano calcium carbonate, nano silicon dioxide, nano tungsten trioxide, sepiolite material, chitin, graphene oxide, mica powder, phthalocyanine compound, and diatom ooze (remaining agent); (ii) stirring and mixing the raw materials obtained in step (i), roasting for 1-3 hours at 100-120 degrees C to obtain initial mixture; (iii) adding activated carbon, talc powder, anti-flowing agent and antifoaming agent, stirring and mixing in the coating grinder to grind to obtain the active carbon adsorption mixture, then adding the activated carbon adsorption mixture into the initial mixture to fully mix and stirring to obtain the mixed material; and (iv) adding formaldehyde absorbent in mixture, anti-aging agent, film forming agent and lavender essential oil to obtain the finished product diatom ooze coating, when it is needed, adding the finished product diatom ooze coating into the mixing barrel of the mud wiping device, adding diluting agent for stirring and diluting, fast coating work of wall surface through mud trowel of the mud wiping machine.
