NOVELTY - Multifiber toughened graphene comprises 70-80 pts. wt. graphene, 0.7-1 pt. wt. polybenzimidazole, 1-2 pts. wt. gamma -aminopropyltriethoxysilane, 0.8-1 pt. wt. oleic diethanolamide, 3-4 pts. wt. cyanoethyl cellulose, 6-8 pts. wt. allyl polyethylene glycol, 1-2 pts. wt. zinc pyrithione, 2-3 pts. wt. aluminum dihydrogen phosphate, 1-2 pts. wt. sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, 30-40 pts. wt. polymer fiber emulsion and 0.4-1 pt. wt. ethoxylated alkyl ammonium sulfate. USE - Multifiber toughened graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The multifiber toughened graphene has excellent toughness and high surface strength and stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the method for preparing the multifiber toughened graphene, which involves adding cyanoethyl cellulose to 5-7 times dimethylformamide, uniformly stirring, adding zinc pyrithione, carrying out heat preservation, stirring at 60-70 degrees C for 10-20 minutes, adding polybenzimidazole, stirring to room temperature to obtain fiber dispersion liquid, mixing aluminum dihydrogen phosphate and ethoxylated alkyl ammonium sulfate, adding the mixture to 30-40 times deionized water, uniformly stirring, adding gamma -aminopropyltriethoxysilane, carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 3-5 minutes to obtain silane dispersion liquid, uniformly mixing the fiber dispersion liquid and the silane dispersion liquid under stirring condition to obtain fiber silane dispersion liquid, adding graphene to 30-40 times 96-98% sulfuric acid solution, carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 1-2 hours, filtering, washing the precipitate, drying at room temperature, adding the precipitate to the fiber silane dispersion liquid, carrying out heat preservation at 60-70 degrees C for 2-3 hours to obtain graphene-fiber silane dispersion liquid, adding oleic diethanolamide to 10-15 times deionized water, uniformly stirring, adding polymer fiber emulsion, uniformly stirring, mixing with the graphene fiber silane dispersion liquid, adding sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, carrying out heat preservation at 80-90 degrees C for 1-2 hours, filtering, washing the precipitate, and drying at 50-60 degrees C until the precipitate is completely dried to obtain the multifiber toughened graphene.
