The hot compress bag main body is provided with a direct current electric heating film. The surface of wrapping cloth inner layer (102) is provided with multiple medicine units (6). The wrapping cloth is made of mesh cloth. The heating body of electric heating film is one of graphene, carbon crystal or carbon fiber. The heat preservation reflecting layer is a surface attached with aluminum foil or tin foil. USE - Used as alternating and direct current combined type detachable and washable hot compress bag.
