▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Manufacture of sulfur-doped reduced graphene oxide involves adding graphite powder to acidic solution, dispersing resultant solution by stirring, obtaining graphene oxide, mixing graphene oxide with a sulfur compound, heat-treating resultant product, and cooling obtained product. USE - Manufacture of sulfur-doped reduced graphene oxide used for manufacturing sheet for manufacturing sulfur-doped reduced graphene oxide-polymer composite (all claimed) used as electromagnetic wave shielding material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables environmentally-friendly manufacture of sulfur-doped reduced graphene oxide having excellent electrical property. The sheet manufactured using the sulfur-doped reduced graphene oxide has excellent conductivity and electromagnetic wave shielding effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) manufacture of sulfur-doped reduced graphene oxide sheet; (2) manufacture of sulfur-doped reduced graphene oxide-polymer composite, which involves dissolving the sulfur-doped reduced graphene oxide in thermosetting resin solution or a thermoplastic resin solution, mixing, solidifying, and molding; (3) sulfur-doped reduced graphene oxide sheet; and (4) sulfur-doped reduced graphene oxide-polymer composite.
