NOVELTY - Producing environmentally friendly deck material, comprises (a) forming finishing material layer having a printing layer; (b) forming upper layer made of medium-density fibreboard (MDF) or high density fibreboard (HDF); (c) forming an intermediate layer using a composite material; (d) forming a lower layer having carbon fibers; (e) treating each layer with an adhesive, sequentially stacking them, and bonding them through vacuum heating; (f) UV-treating the surface of printed layer to form UV layer; and (g) adhering protective layer and release paper to UV-treated surface and back side of lower layer. The composite material comprises 45-80 wt.% resin, 16-51 wt.% filler, 0.1-0.5 wt.% sunscreen, 0.1-0.5 wt.% plasticizer, 0.1-0.5 wt.% impact inhibitor, 0.1-0.5 wt.% heat stabilizer, 0.0-1 wt.% colorant and 1-3.6 wt.% flame retardant. The resin comprises 45-70 pts. wt. unsaturated polyester, 15-30 pts. wt. high density polyethylene, and 15-25 pts. wt. low density polyethylene. USE - The method is useful to produce environmentally friendly deck material for promenade including waterside, hiking trail, and deck road. ADVANTAGE - The method minimizes rate of floating defects during adhesive construction, and prevents deformation due to abrasion, surface cracking, contraction and expansion due to moisture. The deck material has stable durability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Producing environmentally friendly deck material, comprises (a) forming a finishing material layer having a printing layer; (b) forming an upper layer made of medium-density fibreboard (MDF) or high density fibreboard (HDF); (c) forming an intermediate layer using a composite material; (d) forming a lower layer having carbon fibers; (e) treating each layer with an adhesive, sequentially stacking them, and bonding them under pressure; (f) UV-treating the surface of the printed layer to form a UV layer; and (g) adhering the protective layer and the release paper to the UV-treated surface and the back side of the lower layer. The composite material comprises 45-80 wt.% resin, 16-51 wt.% filler, 0.1-0.5 wt.% sunscreen, 0.1-0.5 wt.% plasticizer, 0.1-0.5 wt.% impact inhibitor, 0.1-0.5 wt.% heat stabilizer, 0.0-1 wt.% colorant and 1-3.6 wt.% flame retardant. The resin is composed of 45-70 pts. wt. unsaturated polyester, 15-30 pts. wt. high density polyethylene, and 15-25 pts. wt. low density polyethylene. The filler comprises 24-65 pts. wt. calcium carbonate, 20-38 pts. wt. silica, 8-12 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 5-10 pts. wt. aluminum oxide, 2-8 pts. wt. calcium hydroxide, 0-5 pts. wt. graphite, and 0-3 pts. wt. graphene.
