NOVELTY - Heat insulation concrete comprises 5-7 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol powder, 8-11 pts. wt. dimethicone, 16-20 pts. wt. hard clay, 35-40 pts. wt. corundum powder, 100-120 pts. wt. alumina powder, 3-5 pts. wt. sodium carbonate, 15-17 pts. wt. sodium silicate, 6-8 pts. wt. polyacrylic acid, 70-90 pts. wt. zeolite powder, 250-280 pts. wt. river sand, 180-190 pts. wt. cement, 520-550 pts. wt. gravel, 25-35 pts. wt. additive and proper amount of water. The additive includes graphene oxide, aluminum silicate fiber, and trifluoroacetic acid. USE - Heat insulation concrete. ADVANTAGE - The concrete has high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, high strength, heat preservation, and heat insulation. The use of additive increases the anti-folding strength resistance of concrete, increases the fragrance, and improves the anti-rust property, waterproof anti-seepage property, water reduction property, workability, plasticity and pumping effect. The concrete is prepared by mixing sodium carbonate, magnesium borate crystal whisker, cocoyl diethanolamide, graphene oxide, aluminum silicate fiber, trifluoroacetic acid, allyl enanthate and dimethylaminoethyl acrylate, grinding and dispersing for 10-15 minutes, adding water, heating to 70-80 degrees C, adding potassium persulfate, stirring and reacting for 20-30 minutes, mixing, heating to 80-90 degrees C, adding other residual components, stirring and reacting for 30-40 minutes to obtain the finished product.
