NOVELTY - Electromagnetic shielding thermoplastic composite material comprises an inner layer material and at least one outer layer material. The inner layer of material includes a fiber bundle (0-2), a first thermoplastics resin and a first auxiliary agent for the core layer (0-1). The outer layer of the material is wrapped around the core and includes a second thermoplastic resin, an electromagnetic shielding filler and optionally a second auxiliary agent. The fiber bundle extends continuously from one end of the core layer to the opposite end. USE - The electromagnetic shielding thermoplastic composite material is used in the automobile industry, mechanical manufacturing, electronic appliance, chemical environmental protection, aerospace communication and building industry field, large automobile part and/or high precision electronic appliance element, automobile front end module and/or the full plastic tail door inner plate (claimed). Uses include but are not limited to automobile, instrument, entertainment, food processing, communication, electronic appliance, electric tool and gardening. ADVANTAGE - The electromagnetic shielding thermoplastic composite material has excellent electromagnetic shielding performance, and has excellent mechanical property, and expands the application of the material in the field of electromagnetic shielding. The material has low cost, short injection molding period, high product size stability, high material strength, and does not need secondary mixing. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for the preparation method of electromagnetic shielding thermoplastic composite material comprising (A) mixing first thermoplastic resin and the first auxiliary agent and melting to obtain the first component melt; (B) subjecting continuous fiber bundle and the first component melt for the first dipping treatment, forming a filamentous core layer product; (C) mixing the second thermoplastic resin and the second auxiliary agent, melting, obtaining the second component melt; and (D) subjecting the threadlike core layer product and the second component melt to a second impregnation treatment to form a resin layer covering the core layer.
