▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A nitrogen dioxide gas sensor preparing method involves preparing a tungsten(VI) oxide/graphene nanocomposites by using graphene, sulfate and tungstate as raw materials by hydrothermal. The tungsten(VI) oxide/graphene nanocomposite is weighed into a beaker, treated ultrasonically for 10 minutes to dissolve completely and subjected to absorb the suspension on a plane electrode with a pipette to obtain the finished product. USE - Method for preparing nitrogen dioxide gas sensor. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing nitrogen dioxide gas sensor with better gas selectivity of nitrogen dioxide, high sensitivity, rapid response, recovery characteristics, and potential application in high performance and low power consumption gas sensor.
