▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Composition comprises metal oxide-graphene oxide nanocomposite particles formed by self-assembly of metal oxide and graphene oxide dispersed in a cationomer. The graphene oxide is reduced graphene oxide or unreduced graphene oxide. The metal oxide is oxide of metal including cerium, manganese, zirconium, and aluminum. The cationomer has cationic group including ammonia, amino, tertiary amine, phosphine, - strontium. The cationomer has perfluorinated or isofluorinated backbone. USE - The composition is useful to produce anion exchange membrane for fuel cell (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composition contains nanocomposite which acts as radical scavengers. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing metal oxide-graphene oxide nanocomposite particles having the action of a radical scavenger.
